Your activation has been been successful, but there was a problem processing your payment. Please follow the instructions below to complete payment. You will be limited to receiving calls/SMS until you make your first payment.

Note: If you are porting from another provider, your number will still be transferred to Kogan Mobile, but you will need to follow the instructions below to complete payment.

  1. Click here to open the Account Dashboard login screen in a new tab.
  2. Log in with your Mobile Number and Temporary PIN that we have just sent to you via email, then follow the instructions to set a new PIN if prompted.
  3. After you have logged in, select the "Recharge" menu item and follow the steps to purchase a Plan.
